Ok I have found out that the lighter colored parots are indeed harder to find. It seems people have it in there head they are worth millions (could it be the people in Luna that did this) But they are worth whatever you want to pay for them. They are not so in demand as you'd think and they are not as hard to get as you think.
Purple parrots are the most common, next is green, red, and blue, lighter shades of these or more uncommon as well as the blaze, and rumored ice colored parrots. ( I have in fact seen an ice green parrots) I couldnt tell you where to find these nor what the drop rate is.
