Why Chiv?

Well Using Vamp form will give me Mana regen and stamina regen and immune poison 1-4.
Now I can not cure pot or heal with magery. Using Chiv heals will allow me to heal, Using Chiv fast to cure those that manage to get higher poison on me. Or I'll just SS when being that poisoned. Also positive effect will be remove curse.

Negative will be minus 25% in Fire... Which will mean I need to sort a GM armored horned leather suit with very high fire in total.. Which shouldnt be that much problem now with Armslore.


Any thoughts?

I am to stay Necro... but instead of Chiv at moment I got Focus for the MR and SR. Any ideas what to have instead of Focus if not this?

If you get chiv... As much as it'd work, you'd be running on just med.. And this seems like quite alot of mana would be used...




Personally the idear of chiv and necro on the same char seems abit... Like oxymoronish..

Both are a kind of magic as base.

Initially from a role-playing perspective could be seen as odd - however, it depends on your view of what "magic" is like Gnomy says. SO you can speak to the "dead" but heal using Holy Light [or whatever its called] just two sides of the same coin perhaps?

Any template purely based upon owanage with no thoughts to the character sucks - but in this case I know Gnomy well enough that this would surely fit Demos totally

I used to play a necro/pally on another game, called Rubies of Eventide. I played him out that he'd been a paladin that was sent with a raid to destroy a n archnecromancer and that on the way the necromancer had spoken to him. By the time he got there he was fully corrupted. He slew his own men and started on the path to become a necromancer. Therefore keeping his previous paladin abilites. ergh I gotta find something better to do

Drop magery to 59.9 if you want to use chiv. At 60 magery chiv is capped at 2/6 instead of 4/6. The only problem is that you will be constantly trying to gain karma for heals/cures/remove curse.

RP Pvp is without magic items.. so thats a bad idea... and since Im a necro mage and dropping magery to 59.9. What would I use to kill?

Hmmm, you don't want it but here's my advice. Keep builds for PvP and RP separate. Otherwise you look like a trammie who doesn't feel like forking out the cash for Fel PKing. I don't know much about UO but thats something I do feel.

RP is about building a character, your character might be a vampire who was a paladin in his past life, hates what he's become and now fights for 'good' and does it well. But at the end of the day if I was playing a character who had mixed abilities that only a RPer could play and enjoy the hassle and saw you in battle, I'd be peeved.

Nothing I can say after 2 months of playing that has credibility but if I wanted a PKer I'd have a PKer slot ready. Instead I have multiple characters that while I play I refine their backstory, on the other hand I was considering a Role-Playing Pugilist known as Ulfheddin who's whole intent was to max out wrestling and challenge RPers to a fight to prove what a hardcase he was. So the point of my rambling is that I keep the 2 separate and after supping 7 Boddies, there ain't no sense

I dont care if people think im a trammie now, I've belonged to EUs top pvper and been bigger part of my uo life in a chaos guild with also 143 Wars.

I've done my part of pvping for me and many others included.

I also got a 80mill pvp suit.
