How to build a house?

Could someone give me instructions on how to build a small house.

Where to buy and how to place exacta..

I know it is hard if not impossible to find a spot but i like to have hope. I just want to buy the tool and walk around looking once and a while.

acg00su you can buy a house placement tool from any architecture. I think the cost is 600 gold. Then check out the different menus. I believe one is for classic houses (already designed) and the other is for custom (all you get is a dirt plot). It will tell you the price of each one. So be sure to have enough money in the bank when you go to place. Choosing one of the options should give you a shadowed outline of your choice. Then you try placing that on the ground. If it is a legal location. You have a new house. If not you get to try, try, try again. I hope you have fun with your house placement

Are you on the atlantic shard? If so I have a house for you. I just received a new house from a guild member and no one will buy my old house so icq me if you want it.

I am not sure how to ICQ but i will look it up.

My main character is Farqua in game and i am usually in Haven or Despice (i dont know how to spell it).

I think i can log on tonight around 8. Got to put the kids to bed. Let me know if we could arrange a meeting.
