How do you guys smelt your ore?

I didn't know you could turn in ore for glasses! I need a link to these donation quests

When I mine I take two packies and do all of Delucia and then smelt at the Smith. I always do 2-4 for the high end ore, i'm cheap and don't want to waste, but sometimes i'm just like you and I say to myself, forget this!!

Chris if that is full size ore and you get it all... you are there already. Two ingots for one large ore

errr if you don't lose any in smelting

Sorry for the bad luck Chris.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm the "takes too much time" and "if I get a good smelt it'd be worth it" type, so I've lost my fair share too.

Although the largest I've failed was 900 ore (largest I was successful at was 2100, that was a happy click of mine).

haha, best to do is not stack ure ore, just melt it in 30 a piece, i once saw the succes change of melting each ore (tought on stratics). mayby u can peek there. mostly have nice guides etc. helpes me sometimes to make the best PVP char on my shard (how to make a pk if ure shard only have dexx PK's or only mages or teamers or whatever).

anyway, my tip for u is to just melt it while ure mining, wait till u have a pile of like 30 ore and melt it.

smelt as you go is always best option..second best is smelt 1 large piece at a time. rng is very tough but that is way too high a number to lose. the time it takes to single smelt it all is way less than the time it takes to mine it all up . Make sure you keep +5 gloves on while smelting it will give you a little better chance to succeed. I personally fail more often on gold than anything else for some reason??? I fail more on gold than valorite.

I fail on gold a lot too... more than agapite verite and valorite.. gold must be special then...

I never smelt in larger batches than 20 when working on gains. In fact, since failures are higher than they used to be on high level ores, I often stay at small batches so I don't lose so much of it in the smelting.
