| Re: PvP Changes Explained In my opinion: PvP has become a bit harder, and a bit less diverse. After some time playing, warriors are starting to have a distinct advantage over mages. Most mages are droping fighting skills all together. With wrestling its a timing issue. (why doesnt using a special cancel the current spell?) Using a spell cancels the special. It is just an annoying game mechanic because when I want to disarm...i want it to active and stop the heal or spell im casting on the character to do it...can always target last but would if i have an explosion up and would rather para blow instead of cast a spell. That is really the only problem I have had with the new system. That and necromancy needs a change, or at least a look into and archers with huge stam/dex and healing.
This game has become...run run away come back and own...run run away. Healing is broken, mages cant heal on the run...warriors can just leave a mage in the dust. I figured the changes would make more people stand and fight, but it has made for more running. Pity since with the old bushido, people would actually stand and attack you thinking they werent going to get hit as much. Realistically they weren't but those same bushido characters are now the Healing/archer who runs away the whole time.
To truly understand something, change it. |
