I, Hanse Davion of the glorious House of Davion, have been hand-picked by our venerable Lord Samsca to administer the luscious woodlands and rolling mountains of south-west Vesper which are commonly known as Vesparicia Province. I hereby announce to all citizens, servants and saviours of our Republic that which will be strived for under a Davion governor of this vital province.

The safety of our western border with the treacherous and oppressive Covians. It shall be our honor and our duty to maintain Vesper's boundaries and liberate areas currently suffering Covian dominion.

The exploitation of worthwhile land and resources - the woodlands shall rejoice at their greater use as Vesparian building materials, the mountains honored to give us that with which we may forge Vesparian arms and tools, and the seas shall share with us the bounties they hold in their depths.

The creation of new business oppertunities that Vesparicia, and therefore the Republic as a whole, may enhance its reputation as one of the wealthiest nations in the world.

The provision of the Davion's combat expertise with arms, and the tutelage of the Davion's command of the arcane to those who will heed the lessons.

The contribution of Vesparicia-trained Militiamen to the esteemed Republic Militia.

These are the five points of utmost important to a Davion-administered Vesparicia. Those who wish to aid in our efforts need only seek contact with a Davion. For the glory of the Republic, comrades!

IC, it could be a problem. as hanse feels that baraz isnt loyal enough. Id like baraz to be in vesparicia but if it cant happen then its no problem. Let me no asap for certain though please drax or hanse. As ill have to decide between the other two.
