***THE Arcanist Quest***

Ok. For the first initial Arcanist quest that gives you a spellbook and the ability to use them, there are 2 ways.
The preferred one is to go to Aeluva the Arcanist in Heartwood. Otherwise you can go to Koole the Arcanist in the Sanctuary - The difference however is that there is MORE chains in Koole's quest, however they are easier, especially the finish.

I still recommend doing the Heartwood quest though.
Before you even start the quest, you might as well gather these items:
20 Miniature mushrooms (found on the ground everywhere in Heartwood)
10 Bale cottons (either pick them at Cotton fields in Moongate or buy from a Tailor)
250 Boards (Either chop wood and make Boards of them or simply buy of a Carpenter)
1 Sack of Flour, 10 Jars of Honey (Buy from a Chef)
20 Fish Steaks (Either fish and steak them or buy...)

If you gather all these items you will simply have to go to Aeluva and talk to her. Then you will be given the Task to slay 2 Exodus Minions and 5 Exodus Overseers.
Go to the Exodus Dungeon. You can find it easily by going to Compassion shrine. Then head straight down, to the Cave passage to Central Ilshenar. Run past the Fortress there, and past the swamp, and you will see an entrance to a good old Hellstyle Land, with lava and brimstone etc ^^
Now remember - If you do this alone which I did, it's more dangerous out here than IN the actual Exodus Dungeon. I recommend just running past everything there is and down to "safety" in the Dungeon. I first tried to clear the path but the spawn is rather aggressive, and the risk of Paragons spawning every now and then is quite big. There are Arcanist Demons, Fire Ellies etc...

While inside the Dungeon, watch out for the Controllers! IMO these are the most dangerous ones - if you have low resists, avoid them as much as possible or instant kill them with explosion/Ebolt combo, or summon EVs upon them.
Once you find the Exodus to kill, simply summon EVs and be sure to cloak yourself whenever targetted. It's not hard at all really.
Once that is done, return to Aeluva and you're now an Arcanist

***Summon Fey Quest***

To get the spell Summon Fey, you need to do the friends of the fey quest. Talk to Synaeva the Arcanist - She is close to Aeluva in Heartwood. You will be asked to bring her:
1 jar of honey (buy from chef)
1 beads (buy from jeweler at a bank/jeweler shop)

After that, you will be asked to give a gift to the Fey Arielle. IMPORTANT THING: IF YOU HAVE NEGATIVE KARMA, I SUGGEST YOU TO RAISE IT TO POSITIVE UNTIL YOU ARE DONE WITH THIS QUEST - The reason for this is that Arielle is located at the Pond, North from Spirituality Shrine (close to the flowstone, NOT the Champ Spawn...) And if you have negative karma all those little Fays will go kamikaze on your ass and bother you alot so, I recommend having positive karma, especially if you are low on resists.

"Slay 20 Reapers"
Arielle will ask you to slay 20 reapers... No problem. Keep heading the same direction, until you arrive at the thick forrest to the north. Over there Reapers and Giant Spiders spawn very frequently. Kill 20 reapers and then return to Arielle - You can now cast Summon Fey

OK, just starting the spellweaver bit and I've completed your steps above, do you know where I know go for additional scrolls and also anyone else out there that plays on Europa that would form a circle to cast ?
