I recently came back to UO about a month ago and noticed my account age is exactly the same as I left it 4 years ago. I was just wondering when your subscription is suspended your account doesnt age at all correct? The only problem is Ive played off and on a few times in that 4 years i hadnt been playing continuously. My account is still the same age as it was in 2002 when I received my second year vet rewards.

Log out and back in I think you'll get a message about it being up to date.

Nope. My account's age timer has stopped working.

It SHOULD age for each month you had it activated from 02 till now.

Having it activated is the key tho. I have an account that was started in 2000 but the actual account age is only about two years or so.

Ok, on the UO website my account was created in 2000, and had been active for 52 months on and off for those seven years. But my char still only says 27 months.

I would raise a support ticket and see if you get anywhere, but ugh, it might be easier and alot less stressful, to go direct to Jeremy

Im thinking and I may be wrong. But there were a few months were my account was active but I never logged into the game. Could that be it?

not logging in might be it, but it should not have an effect.

Your account 'age' might not be linked to your subscription, but to when you log into play.

Was just wondering if you had sent in a ticket like Adam suggested ,and if so has the problem been resolved yet ?
