Ofc course Tabbitha is being biased, but Vesper is the place! Come to the beach, there are a few guilds in that area...
Of course you could go to the other cities, but they are all weasel loving scallywags!

Other cities on EU would be - Trinsic, Magencia, Yew, Skara, Cove
Most to be about evening times. (Yew is south from Empath, Cove is North from the city, Trinsic is mostly around the West gate, Vesper is the Beach "Swaggers Area - an player run Inn)

It has to be vesper! there is no friendlier place in character and out of character. ive played for years and RP is where ive settled, the rules make things fairer and generally more fun.
