i am actually looking for a good repeater and heavy crossbow is there a list of the wood type and what properties it give and can you mix wood when makign abow..thank you for the congratulations

Personally, I make bows out of Ash, since SSI is king. I personally don't care if the bow has 5-10 HCI, since I can cast LS with bush and automatically hit my HCI chance, but you can't make a slow bow fast. Even if when I find a decent bow to enhance, I always go for the SSI unless it is at, or close, to max SSI already.

with gm fletching and gm armslore using yew wood you will get 50% damage increase from gm bows and 52% damage increase using frostwood...this is just with a regular fletching kit...get a runic kit and add some nifty bonuses to it

FYI craftable artifacts will not be enhanced with item properties. Might as well make it out of plain item (at least for tailoring)
