The IGR time limit has been met?

3 times in the last few days, when I log off one account and log into another, instead of being logged into the game, I get a message that says, "The IGR time limit has been met." I click the check box, and it takes me back to the login screen. If I try again, it logs in like normal.

What is that??

It has only happened since I transferred from one shard to another. (Not sure if that's relevant).

It seems like it would be debugging output for the programmers, but I have no idea what "IGR" is.

Curious...

I get that error every once in a while too. Is there a fix for it anyone?

IGR time limit is basically stating your account is being used.
Say your spouse is on your account, and you decide to log in on a different computer. You will get the IGR time limit message and your spouse will get disconnected.

Its most likely due to a bad connection that didn't properly time out. When you re-enter your account/password you reset the connection.

i usually just restart my computer and it seems to make it stop.

This occurs if you crash as well. Just go back to login screen and re-log, should be fine.

Closing out the client should help too if it comes up more than once.
