![]() | Re: Multiple Accounts - Multiple Clients? Any other ways of doing this? A good idea but seems like a lot of hassle. Vista's version of fast user switching is more like, Turn off your computer and switch slowness ![]() ![]() Best Regards, Tigurius Quote:

![]() ![]() | Re: Multiple Accounts - Multiple Clients? You can do a search on Wilki over at Stratics. He answered this question in a thread. I would do the search but I hate that search feature over there. It never gets me any hits. You could even search the developer posts on this forum too. I have not tried the search feature yet, so I can't say how good it is. ![]() |

![]() | Re: Multiple Accounts - Multiple Clients? windows key + L actually logs you off of the current account and locks the computer..... hence windows key + "L" button for lock... if you do it this way and switch to another account it will log you completely off of the other current account and end everything you were previously doing... i believe everyone is looking for a way to stay logged on whilst doing the account switch. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Multiple Accounts - Multiple Clients? *Uses option B* I tried VMWare, but I'm an idiot when it comes to stuff like that and never managed to make it work. Honestly, what's the point of disallowing multiple clients at the same time? If the scripters are doing it and so many people use second computers to do it legally, it seems like there might be a minor niche market out there for EA to sell "multiple client unlock codes." I'd pay. ~M |

About the only use I had for KR. though this was 6 months ago, you could log in this way. At that time I was also running multiple accounts, down to just one now. It might have been changed, I have no way of knowing for sure, I can not patch KR for some reason. ![]() Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Multiple Accounts - Multiple Clients? I tried 2D + KR the other night. No dice. Hmm...actually, I think I did 2D *after* I already had KR running, though. Perhaps I should have done it in reverse order... ~M |

![]() | Re: Multiple Accounts - Multiple Clients? Yes, try in reverse order and be sure KR is fully patched. Open 2d normally, I use UO Assist launch for this. Open KR using UOKR.exe, ie bypass the UOKR patcher. You now have both 2d and KR running on a single machine. Or you can skip 2d and just use UOKR.exe to open as many KR clients as your machine can handle or accounts you have. Jeremy has stated that this is ok to do. TOS/ROC still apply of course. Very handy for pet rez or repairs when no one else is around. |

![]() | Re: Multiple Accounts - Multiple Clients? You Can Do This Easily. First Make Sure You Have Both 2D And KR Clients. Log Into KR With One Account Then Open 2d Client And Sign On With Another Account. Works Great For Any Type Of Trading Purposes |
