Hmm, according to Honey rares, it's a "true rare"
It says
Hay-scattered-thin 2.5-4 million
It also lists hay as "scattered thick", but that doesn't look like thick hay to me
Hay-scattered-thick 65k-175k
Although I'm SO out of the loop with UO, I really don't know.
