Excellent! I'm impressed with your skill, I'm sure your beloved sleeps blissfully at night to soothing music that would soothe the most savage beast. With your talent in place while enacting Martial-Law, I doubt there will be any who would think twice about running. You can show them the dirt in your teeth as a warning.

Oh, the taxes. No, the taxes only apply to.... *thinks, mumbles* luxury taxes.... *rubs chin* well, we'll have to see about that as certain situations may change the measures taken in order to maintain order. Thank you for bringing this to light Eowyna.
