arti theif/t-hunter temp?

what I came up with:

100 Cartography
100 Dectect Hidden
100 Disarm
100 Lockpicking
100 Mining
80 Resisting Spells
120 Stealing

I don't want to use magic on this one, do I need hiding? Or can you usually run and pick back and forth? Please help with suggestions.

How do you plan on handling spawn?

You might be trying to fit too much in at once. You have no way to survive an attack aside from running.
No stealth, hide, magery means death IMO.

You have a thief template and a thunter template all in one. Might be better to split it up into two viable templates.
