Looks like chat system is still under construction and being tweaked but it certainly does offer us many ways to keep in touch with players and groups of players ...

Thanks so much for the walkthrough and info! I'm still so used to the right-click being used to close out gumps and so on that I never would have thought to right-click on the chat window to get all of those commands.

Don't know how I missed this thread before - very cool chat customization options! You can specify what type of chat you want to display in your own custom tabs.

I wish that you could have chat show up in duplicate tabs - like, I'd like to be able to set a guild tab, so i could go back and read a conversation uncluttered with other chat, but keep my catch-all chat tab on display by default. No can do though. You can only have each type of chat (guild, party, say, system, etc) in one tab at a time.
