It's all over the news. Basically, a woman laid on the floor of the ER and died while staff stepped around her, saying she had already been discharged.

i read that and was outraged.

and the dispatcher from 911 that several people called was very dispassionate. they should all be held accountable (the dispatcher the hospital etc)

omg, wtf do u think somebody says when they say my wife is dying?? it means she is freaking dying!!!!!!! The tone of the second dispatcher was inappropriate? do you think?????? omg, this is the first time i saw this and it absolutely makes me soooo angry. i need to stop now.......
