Well, there is:
Sports: Orcball - grab the smallest orc, chops itīs head of and kick it about
Courting: Take the least ugly orc (hoping itīs female), give it one over the head, then ... mate
Elect Boss: All candidates meet and bash at each other, last one standing is the new Boss
But seriously, how about

Initiation Rituals, like a Coming-of-Age-Test
Shamanistic Rituals (maybe "steal" some Native American stuff)
or think up something yourself
