Well, there is:

Sports: Orcball - grab the smallest orc, chops it´s head of and kick it about
Courting: Take the least ugly orc (hoping it´s female), give it one over the head, then ... mate
Elect Boss: All candidates meet and bash at each other, last one standing is the new Boss

But seriously, how about:
Story Telling/Bragging at the Campfire
Initiation Rituals, like a Coming-of-Age-Test
Shamanistic Rituals (maybe "steal" some Native American stuff)

or think up something yourself

Fell is not that bad, away from moongates and dungeons you rarely run into PK's, and certainly not so many that a group of role players together couldn’t deal with. Then again having a populated RP area in fell might attract Pk's often.

But Nealoth in fell does have LOTS of free spots so a town could be built in a week easily there.

Look its always been the same way in Feluccia, as soon as word gets around RPers are once again visiting Naeloth or any of the old RP haunts. The idiots will arrive, its been that way since day One. Its why Deepwater, Clown Town, Old Stonekeep, Old Spiritwood and many other RP towns are now deserted and why most of us left, we were driven out.

Sure you might say 'but that doesnt happen anymore' but i can virtually guarantee it if you get any real activity around Naeloth whilst in Fellucia. I mean they reds must be so starved of targets, they couldnt really resist some easy RP targets now could they?

Also Umbra for me is well too evil, its too Necroish. Raul does have some style you know.

What i've found Raul is that most reds seems to think pvp'ing in leet gear is what pk'ing is all about now days. They kind of turn their noses up at proper murder, which is silly. But you may have a point, maybe it would be best to form a new Naeloth on the same island but in trammel. I'm sure many of the smaller plots would be free.

Raul is right, soon as word gets out about something regular going on with RPers somewhere in Felucca you'll get equally regular visits from idiots who want to dry-loot your GM leather for some reason. The big difference between now and back then is that even fewer of us are willing to put up with it

The Orcs go to fel most nights now, and it's pretty rare that anyone loots us. Of course that could just be because we're so amazing.

Orc seem silly with the broken common tongue. But there is more that they can offer. If the evil role players want to get involved with events with other evil guilds give me call. We can set up a forum that would allow those involved to communicate events. A council created with Orcs on the panel and drow too if need be. There will always be a struggle within and between evil guilds that is what makes them so much fun.

The best thing to do is to out live those goodie goodies and rub thier noses in it. The Marble Island would like to try to set up trade with other pirates and shipping companies. Trying to bring sea battles to the communty. It is not the time you spend out of battles that is the problem. It is the people you spend it with.
