Do you think there's a huge gap between the way men and women think?

I think there's a huge gap between the way SOME men and women think.

I am a mutant and have more of a man's brain than a woman's, except for the 3 days a month when I'm a hormonal psychopath, at which time there's no denying the womanhood! (Well, that and the anatomy). I love sports. Love computer gaming. Have spent my adult life doing typically male jobs (at least at that time - pizza delivery, fixing computers, network admin, programming). I hate shopping. Hate catty gossip. Dislike being "formal" except on special occasions (maybe 2 or 3 times a year). I get along with guys much better than I get along with girls, so more of my friends are male than female. And I cannot stand the color pink.

I took this test a few months ago that tried to guess my gender based on my writing. It wanted at least 600 words of my writing, so I copied my few most recent blog entries (from my personal blog). That week, I'd been going on and on about how hot Denny Duquette was in Grey's Anatomy (one of my more girlie weeks). It thought I was male. I pasted more text. Even more male. I ended up with over 7,000 words pasted into this thing, and it thought I was male.

The way they think, maybe not. What they think about, yes.

For the most part, yes.

I think there are typical men and women's brains but it is also possible to have hybrids. Really depends on hormone levels etc...
Men tend to have better selective attention compared to women who tend to be able to concentrate on more than one thing at once.
