Chiv/Bushido Useless without focus?

Heya all i recently made a char with 110 swords, 110 tactics, 100 healing, 100 anat, 100 bushido, 70 chiv, 110 parry and then someone told me "It's pointless having bush and chiv without focus"
Is this true or falso?

Also any suggestions on 2 handed weapons that are easy to get hold of for my new guy?
Maybe some decent hunting spots too?

Focus is used for mana and stamina regen. You don't need it if your template/equipment work together

Not true!! Depends on your gear!! Get gear with mr on it plus stay human and you get a bonus of 3mr. 10mr total is usally a good number to shoot for. I like to have 12 tho

When I took Focus off of my Pally I was a bit shocked to see how much it really did.

As stated above, you dont need Focus so long as you can replace what it does for you with items. Since Focuse regenerates Mana and Stamins you will need replacements for that.

Mana: Mana Regen on your armor and Mana Leech on your weapons will help you keep anough mana to keep casting. Lower Mana Cost on your armor/jewels/talisman is another great way to conserve the mana so that you can cast more.

Stamina: Stamina Regen and Stamina Leech as well as the Chivalry spell Divine Fury and Total Refresh Potions.

Also, two-handed weapons aren't that necessary for bushido. The flaw in two-handed weapons are they're usually very slow... instead just grab a one-handed weapon like usual, and don't equip a shield, works great for me.

And one of my favorite places to hunt with my samurai/paladin is white wyrms. Use enemy of one on them, and concentrate weapon, with a dragon slayer and you can take them down in 2-3 swings. Plus they have nice loot: 1200gold, gems, hides, and scales.

I'll pile on. I run my pally with Bush/Chiv and no focus, I simply have aton of MR armor (10) and I do have Med. As others have said, for stamina regen, Divine fury and Refresh pots do the trick.

lol, yes... that's what I did. I still want to find a good, fast two-handed MACE weapon... but that seems impossible.
Right now I'm using some kind of wild staff with DI and swing speed increase, with no shield, and it works great. Also allows me to use potions without having to disarm any hand

Edit: But I do think it is bull!!!! though

The whole "dexxing" thing needs a little nerf, imo! I want a big cheesy warhammer to smack around people with
