Good Lord man, 3 hours!!?!?!

I got 5 teeth pulled (4 Wisdoms and a Molar) and it took less than 2. They even had to cut away my cheek on the bottom wisdoms to even get to the spot in the jaw they had to bust through. Still got the holes in my mouth....

Well, only thing you can do is try to relax, take the pain meds, and do not do anything that will cause suction on your mouth...at all. Thats how the "dry socket" thing I talked about before can happen...

Have someone get you some Ice Cream and have shakes. They will help to fill you up and the cold will be soothing on the gums.

I think I mighta had one the first night, but it was probably the next afternoon when I started no them...
