Do I recall wrong about Stygian Abyss release around June ?

The age old question gets another outing in UO.U Hall

I have somehow a memory of reading before Christmas that Stygian Abyss was maybe going to be released around June sometime. But my memory has been failing me recently so, I could very well remember wrongly.

Anyone knows whether there is an actual ETA for SA at the moment ?

Nope, they just said Summer.....the new Client UO:KR will be released before the end of spring, was initially spring...or while the spring flowers were still in bloom...then recently that was changed to "we are pushing the definition of spring, but not by much" meaning near the end of spring, and then Stygian Abyss will be released later in the Summer. With the pushback of the release of KR I would assume that SA might get pushed back a bit as well.

My guess is -

KR first week of July (no later than the 15th)

SA End of September, or first two weeks of October (won't do a no later than since I haven't gottent o play KR yet! hee hee)

Should we start a betting pool? I got 5 gold to spare

It was noted long ago, KR late spring, SA Late summer and NA seasons at that.:-P

Haha, it has also been said "We hate giving dates on things 'cause they always seem to get pushed back and someone will always bring up "but you said it would be on XXXXX!!!one11!!eleven!1!1" and we have to explain for the 1billionth time it was a tentative timeline."

A lot may also depend on how much trouble/tweaking the KR client needs. If there are problems I'm sure resources will be with KR.
