If you still have the same email address you can request for username and password. If you don't have it. Not sure you will be able to reclaim it . But all is not lost. You can start a new account and you will be surprised at how many peeps will be there to help you get started again. If you don't want to work your characters up from scratch you can always buy an advance character token.

As far as populated servers not sure which would be best for you. Where are you located?
