I think it is what it is, a UO event introducing player interaction. You know believe it or not there is a "Story Line" to all of this and I doubt it is leading to the "closing" of any servers. In all honesty I think this is just a few peoples way of bringing negativity. Evil or no evil, it's still going to be fun.

LOL, I was poking fun. (I am noted for a twisted sense of humor). April Fool's doomsday style. Strung together some facts, made some taffy out of the truth, and whammo, instant "rumor". I thought that by leading of with "rumor has it" and closing with (it is april after all), that it would not be taken seriously. Apologies if I led anyone astray.

Am I the only one who remembers that Moonglow may be destroyed? Or that Magnicia is doomed to be destroyed once more. Now the Shadowlords ride the winds of fate, again finding material forms. I would be afraid, here's a little exert from one of my tomes on Catskills.

Each of the Shadowlords opposes a Principle of the Avatar. The two Brothers are Hatred and Falsehood, while the sister is Cowardice. Their names are rarely spoken, for they can be heard and if they are invited by the calling out of their name, they can enter any place, even the Keeps. The Shadowlord of Hatred is named Astaroth, his Brother of Falsehood is Faulinei, and their Sister, the Shadowlord of Cowardice, is called Nosfentor.

I fought in the wars for Trinsic, Papua, Delucia, and Moonglow. I battled in the swamps, in Yew, and in Ilshenar against Blackthorn's minions. Well do I remember, but it seems few heed the lessons learned from these previous skirmishes with evil. I fear the true battle is just beginning.
