When a peerless bossdrops a cinture, does it automaticall drop into your pack like doom artifacts?

Nope, needs to be looted.

When it drops, will it be for your eyes only, or will other players be able to loot it as well?

guess it depends if your in a party or not.

So if the party has been dropped and the statistics gods decide to grace you with an artie you will be the only one able to loot it?

Yes, but for a limited time after so much time has past everyone will be able to loot what others didn't want. (You have enough time to loot tho before this happens)

Yeah, think it's either 2 or 3 minutes where you have exclusive rights to your own loot (if not partied upon death of peerless).
