What is the safest way to sell a house for in-game gold?

18x18 customs were going for 60-80 mil in Tram on Atlantic just a few months ago, so a keep for 200 mil doesn't surprise me (though seems a bit high). I saw today on oldtrade.net a Lake Austin keep going for $222 cash. If 50 mil gold sells around $110 cash, that means this keep is going for 100 mil gold. Granted, Lake Austin is a less populated (which to some people means less desirable) server - but I can't see paying much more than 100 mil gold for a keep.

keeps don't have court yards, do you mean castle(not trying to be rude)?

Aye, not a castle...it's a greenspace behind main floor of the keep that is walled in, there is a tree in there. The tree's foliage leaks a bit into the walkway on 2nd floor. You cannot get into that greenspace.

Could be worse the smalls that recently were placed in Luna close to the moongate got offers of 700 million to 1.1 billion and as high as 2000 dollars cash. I think I will pass on that my vendor days are behind me. Gota love Atlantic for its sticker shock.
