Thankyou! I already own one, which has its own island too! and hardly anything round it. But this 18x18 I want now, is to build a permenant jousting tournament area, just like medieval setup times, with some vendors selling roleplay only equipment. So its for a good cause!

Thanks for the offer, But the roleplay group is situated on Europa and a few vendors to be placed with it are for the group. I had one offer for an 18x17 which was good but unfortunatly after he said yes he would sell it, he changed his mind.

Finally got one! an 18x17, good location just east of minoc past the mountain over the bridge and south from there. Built it as a big arena and roleplay shop! Thanks everyone for the help. Most appreciated
