Well at 12 pm PDT the event should have gone live today from what I am reading at UO.

Thank you for the cliff notes. Does anyone know if the red monsters will respawn after the shrine has been cleansed? Would like to get a skill scroll of alacrity still, but the reds are already vanquished!

For those that wish to see what items you can get doing this quest go to my Yew home, inside in a gift box are the items from the quest, and on top of the table, where the runes books for the quests are, is the final items, the candle of Love.

Guess what I am trying to get at, is can you farm for these alacrity scrolls

you do not need the quest to get the scrolls. To test that I took a toon that has not been on any of the quest to kill spawn, she got a scroll after fighting the spawning for a very long time.

how do we make the red spawn come back? I did the whole quest, save for the tear, will finish that this afternoon and have yet to see the red spawn =(
