As far as the chests, they are like a level 4 Para Chest. They have a Devious map and about 20% the loot of a Devious Chest.

I was in Fel and got 4 in about an hour.

Gm Lockpicker busted 9 picks popping 2 of them.

I wasnt impressed with the contents when compared to other creatures loot. The wisps are pretty easy to kill if you have the right template...except when they use blood oath

Europa seems over run with tamers and archers mainly

A lot of ppl are opening the chests, then dropping them on the ground. I'm developing a collection of other people's junk! lol

This is awesome! I infected a bird, maybe a warbler, in HEARTWOOD. It attacked me out of nowhere. It was pretty funny. No box on his corpse, and I was not carrying any blackrock.........but oh, the voices keep telling me things.

You can put the chest on your vendor to see what's inside without having to unlock them. I do this usually to determine whether or not a certain chest is even worth attempting to open. The first day of the wisp invasion, the wisps were dropping great loot. People were getting strongbox quality items. Now it's all crap
