I'm working poisoning up to 80 on my red, he has 120 magery and with 80 poisoning he will have 200 pts between the two, I know with 200 pts you have a 4/5 chance of casting lethal poison on your enemies according to the "numbers".

How often do you Nox mages actually lethal poison people? What's the most number tiles you can be away for it to be effective?

Not sure on how often. Do know you have to be real close. I think it is two tiles but not sure. Anything further and your poison level starts going down. Poison fields work at a distance though.

Yeah, I always run up on fools and poison them then back off and let a combo go.

I'm actually working on a nox mage. How's that work with the combination stuff. i was gonna go 110 (base) magery 90 (base) poison. When am i gauranteed to deadly poison them and what's the next mark to hit lethal and then the mark after that for increasing chance for dealing lethal.

the only way i know to cast lethal on a mage is to get it through a dp cast after hitting him with evil omen

nox mages for pvp purposes are not good. There are too many EP templates running around now. You're better off taking the poison off and putting on 100 inscription for the sdi bonus.

nox mages w/ ep and wrestle+necro can be useful for holding a choke point.
dp fields are neat.
plus u can evil ome/poiosn to LP them

only reason to have nox on a open field char tho is if u have a weap skill to go w/ it.
I only use my nox necro guy in despise or harry defence

Its correct in formula based, that the closer you are, the more of a chance. Although I had (former Nox/Mage) had better luck dropping the posion feilds and getting DP more often. Never saw the benni's of taking Posioning all the way to 100, stopped at 80 as well.

if yer 200 mage /nox ur fields will dp and u will cast dp IF within 1 tile.
cast evil omen first and itll be lethal sometimes.
