The mage weapon and leeches are pretty useless from a pvp stand point. Maybe mana leech to an extent for a necro perhaps, but other than that, stam and mage weapon are not needed. If it had some HCI and maybe ssi or hit lower defense, that weapon would be SICK. As is, it's just eye candy. Maybe someone would buy it to pvm with it, hehe.
