Say that the pics we have seen of the new graphics look better than uo currently does? Im seriously begging the devs do not go forward with this expansion. This is not a rant. But I can probably list atleast 100 things that need to be fixed with the current uo that the new expansion will not fix. The number one fix would be to get back Richard Garrett and put him in complete charge of uo again. I know thats not gonna happen. I know this thread will prob get locked or deleted or even moved because they want to surpress anyones negative opinion of the mistakes they are making.

Posting, "i don't like it" isn't getting to the heart of things for the bosses to see. Focus - nail exact points down and send it in to 'em. You'll also make yourself eligible for a drawing to get on the Beta test if you're not already on it.

most graphics are fine if have to live with that uo didnt wanna do graphics like best games have nowdays kinda disapointed. but example this

ew that water? looks like black hole and square edges. well that unicorn is much better than old unicorn but why cant it looks like normal horse with horn. and about horses would be nice that they have animation when they stand still: moving their tail and head a bit.

one thing about most almost human monsters if they are kinda like human why they must have totally different anatomy?

and example centaur it has half human and horse body cant it be just like horse and moved normal human body there. im pretty sure it will never looks good.

I've got one:
The Noble Unicorn

I noticed someone mention the absence of shading (to which I'm hoping shading and lighting are still being worked on).
I also recall hearing that many of the pictures we've seen with mountable pets were 20% larger than normal.

My feedback is about the scale in that Unicorn picture. It seems to me like those logs are either 2-3 feet tall, with another 2-3 foot limb sticking upwards, or that the unicorn is a pygmy. Maybe the tile the uni is on (and surrounding area) is just giving me a deceptive appearance of scale. I don't really understand the goatee too much either. But I still love the texture / style of the flowers and groundscape.

lol DiP I kinda like the goatee on the unicorn! It's classic unicorn style as seen here.

Before I say something stupid, I'll say this...

Soooooooooo you start off by saying the new graphics are not better than the old, fine, opinions are opinions. BUT... KR is not an expansion. It has nothing to do with fixing ANYTHING. KR is graphics, so why bring up 100 different things that need to be fixed in a RANT about the graphics?

KR is not *just* graphics. It's a UI overhaul, which is huge and has everything to do with gameplay. He's right... there's already many bugs and major design flaws already in the game. KR, and the subsequent expansion, will likely solve little.

Yeah, I just wanted to generalize it to get to the point of KR not having anything to do with what this guy was screaming about.

And bringing back Garriot? KR = hiring new/old people, uhhh, no.

I dont liek the look of the swampie but then i wasnt impressed with them bringing them in as mounts. I would rarther have had proper warhorses that you could armour.

That would have been a much better idea i think, and would also be more widely used by the player base.

I just wish the majority of whiners would chill out until they can actually try the game itself!

I can't even comment thoughtfully on the original post. After tripping over awkward wordings, typos, and grammatical nightmares, I can hardly piece together what he/she was trying to say. I'm by no means an English major, but what has happened to peoples' ability to express thoughts clearly in writing? Oy. Shot to heck, apparently.
