Surcoats have you seen them with a Cross on?

A long long time ago, I saw a surcoat with a cross effect on it, like 4 squares its hard to explain but im wondering where these can be had? I noticed tailors cant make them well mine cant... Has anyone seen them?

The reason I ask, Is I used to play on a player run shard for a while a few years back (No custom content it was just like OSI) And noticed when you dropped a surcoat it would switch between plain and crossed.

I would seriously welcome any addition to the game which personalises your Avatar.

custom clothing like that would be cool where you could dye half one color and the other half another color, one with a lion or dragon would be great too.
