Lets say that you had a Gold and an Agapite Runic to burn. A few of each of these charges (5-10) were going to be attempts at making PvP weps to sell.

What would you craft in this situation? Im going to be at least 115 Smithing and Ill be using a +30 ASH so they will all be exceptional, I believe...

Also, out of what material should they be made?

smith runics in most cases i would use for weapons only. The bad thing though, is that over the past few months, pvp has seen a shift in the various weapons used. The value of bakutos (carpentry) with crap mods is insane compared to a similar smith crafted weapon. It is the choice of skills currently governing the pvp field which ultimately decide what is worth more.

Still youre best profit bet is making weapons only. People generally dont risk crafting smith armor due to the fact theres no guaruntee it will be medible or not.

Yeah, Smith Runics have never been very good for armor... :/

Bokutos are most wanted for the Specials, correct? I have heard many a diatribe about the Nerve Strike thats a bokuto special move, yes?

What you make is up to you. If profit is your intent, I would suggest by researching what are the most common pvp weps used.

Id say these:

Krysses, war forks, leafblades, katanas, um I dont really keep up to date with pvp much anymore but I do know those are still considered popular weapons. I personally like leafblades my self, fairly good swing with good damage and with the right mods can deliver a whole lot of damage

I always make kryss's, and warforks with those hammers. I only use valorite but thats just me.

yeah kryss+Fork are best to make/easiest to sell
as for what material...probly don't matter.

When Im making for my PvM Pally, I always use Shadow or DC for added durability. Im forever casting Consecrate Wep, so damge ditribution is no biggie to me...

I figured on War Fork (Bleed and Disarm) but I didnt think Kryss was all that popular...

What about Swords? Pretty much Bokuto, Cleaver, and Katana?

cleaver yes but thats tinkering i think.

macing there are not a ton of mace fighters out there....but the regular mace kicks butt (disarm+conc blow)

So its looking like Kryss/Warfork would be the best bets...cool. I can always use them if they dont sell!
