Powder of forty adds 10 to the maximum durabillity of that item to which it is applied. A bottle of forty powder comes with 10 uses. So you could increase one items durabillituy by 100 if you used the whole bottle oni t. Or increase 10 items by 10 etc. Forty powder is a reward from doing smithy bods.

Bags of sending and the powder of translocation that charges them are rewards from the solen quests I understand. Others will be able to give more details on what, where and how as I have never done them.

Powder of Fortifying is a reward that blacksmiths can get from completing bulk order deeds. What it does is add durability to pieces of armor with metal, like platemail, ringmail, or chainmail.

The bag of sending and powder to charge bag of sending isn't crafted, you get them through a quest! Its a quest inside the Solen Ant Cave network. To get the bag you'll need to talk to the "Ambitious Queen" to start it, and to get the powder you'll need to talk to "The Solen Matriach." Both of these quests require you to have Zoogi fruit, which are dropped by solen's.

The Ambitious Queen's quest requires you to kill 5 Red Solen queens which can be found in the network where the ambitious queen is. You then have to give her 50 zoogi fruit and she will give you: a bag of sending, a lil money, and a lil translocation powder (powder to charge your bag)

The Matriach's quests is a lil longer. To initiate it, you need to first give her a seed, any seed will do, and she will then talk to you. Accept her quest and she will require you to kill.... 5 or 7, i forget which, BLACK solen's. Going to a rune library somewhere will get you to those, as they are not in the Red Solen's cave network. After that you need to put 12 (not sure i on that number either) pitchers of water into her water reserves. After you've done all this you can hand her zoogi fruit (the max is 200) and she will convert it into trans powder!

Going to any rune library that has the quest runebooks should lead you to the Solen Cave network, happy hunting!! :grin:

1. Powder of fortifying is applied to armor to increase durability (smith crafters receive Powder as rewards for bods they fill in) but anyone can apply the powder to almost any item that has durability.

2. This is a reward you will receive from the Ambitious Solen Queen after you completed the quest to kill 5 Solen Queens. This bag has to be charged with Powder of Translocation and will allow you to send one item or one stack of items directly to your bank box. Sending will use up one charge.

3. Powder of Translocation ... Zoogi Fungus can be transformed into Powder of Translocation by a Solen Queen. 200 Fungi gives 100 measures of Powder. It is all part of doing the Ambitious Solen Queen quest.
