What good do they do a pvper?

it's only good if you cast spells. So if your dexxer doesn't use spells, then there's no point in having them. They free up a stat spot on your ring/bracelet so either more hci/dci or whatever, rather than having to buy 3/1 ring with hci/dci and what not. Plus the LMC is nice.

However, I personally consider inquisitors to be one of the most over rated items in the game for what it costs. If you can afford the 40mill it costs to buy inquisitors, you can also use that 40 mill towards killer jewelry with 3/1 on them.


edit: They're good on mages cause you can stack them with an orny then have a EP ring with whatever mods you need on it, instead of having to rely on finding a EP ring with FCR 3.

Yup, pretty much. The only way I would consider using Inquisitors on any of my chars is if I had a EP ring with insane mods other than FCR3, and then for my dexxer since I have a 3/1 15 hci, the ring would have to be like 15hci, 15dci, 1 fc, resists, etc for me to even bother using inquisitors.

Also, I think it has like 52 total resists which isn't that great either, especially since most of it is in cold and energy which is very easy to come by.

ya only char id ever use inquis on would be if (i dont) i played a 4/6 chiv ep ninja/bush dexy...then ya need orny+inquis+fc weap+fc/hci ecru...

aye inquis = over rated trash. If youre on a mage, well a 1/3 and a orny defeats the purpose. if youre on a warrior, theres so many options for high grade armor the inquis arent usually considered. 1/3's with high hci or dci then get arties such as folded steel and a shield to make up for the rest. Then the rest of your armor can be mana/stam based or w.e you like.

They're down to 38 now on atlantic, but I think it's cause a certain guild is duping them, among other arties as well.

I still wouldnt spend 40m on an ecru unless it was totally out of this world =\

I try to keep my suits as cheap as possible so that in the end, they make me more profit than I spent building them and they keep me alive:grin:

One of the richer people on atlantic had been looking for an ecru ring with 1 FC and 10+ hci on it. He was willing to pay 250mill or more depending on the level of HCI. Some people just have too much gold

i just seen one like that (1 fc, 10+ hci) for sell on the x-shard board of tradespot

btw ill buy any hci (or dci) ecrus (75% ep) that are 10+ in the hci or dci

even if theres no casting or fcr on them...let me know what u got i might even xfer to buy it
