Thanks for clarify that stuff, im rethinking my template as we speak.
Also i dont have 100 swords, its 80 atm, but its my friend were talking about. He had 100 archery(i think) vs the ninja/mage/bush, which makes for the same situation anyways.
This is what im thinking about doing. I allready have a high lvl necro so ill probably slap psn on him to make him a nox fencer necro and ill change my mains template to something like this...
120 swords
100 parry
120 bushido
100 chiv
100 spell res
80 healing(i can grab more prolly if needed)
100 anatomy/tactics

That way i can get psns from my necro and run around with an ornate axe poking people when im not using a cleaver. Im guessing i should pick anatomy over tactics. Chiv is mainly for pve, if i feel inclined i can grab ninja for chiv one day.
