PC on black dye tub

As the title is my friend found a black dye tub, not blessed or a vet reward. He wanted to know if it was worth more/less than a normal one. Thanks in advance!

worth more because it is considered 'old school' ...
long before they were blessed ... i think before Publish 16 ...

yea these were actually made using the black coal exploit like 7-8 years ago. You can actually use a dye on then and change the color from black to something else if you wanted. This is a true rare. I would consider paying 10 mill for one of these cause it brings back some fond memories.

i thought that these had been patched way back when that you couldn't change the color with dyes?

(I'd better get mine out of the public dye tubs if someone could change it!)

You might not be able to anymore, but I know you could before. My price isn't what it goes for normally, that is just what I would pay personally. I don't know what they normally go for, probably not that much considering there is a simpler and much cheaper alternative readily available all over the place.

If Test does a revert, and uses a public shard as a backup you might be able to find someone with a dye tub on there to try it out, but until then I would not recommend trying it due to the risk factor involved cause I know for a fact that you could do this in the past when they first started appearing in 98'.

I was dared to use scissors on one of my crimsons a while back, and the idiot that I am tried it, however luckily it didn't work. It would've been funny though, to have 20+million worth of red bandages.

edit: problem solved, dyes do not work on it any longer
