Crystal Ball?

I recently acquired this item, simply labeled "Crystal Ball" - looks just the regular snow globes or pet summoning balls, but only says crystal ball. Also, when I double click it while its in my inventory it "predicts" things, almost like a magical 8-ball. Is this a rare item, or pretty common?

Years ago you could buy them and get them as monster loot. They no longer spawn so I would say it is a rare

Value wise I have no idea.

Thanks snuggle. It's also blessed, forgot to mention that. Can anyone out there give me a rough idea of what it is worth?

100-250k

I personally thought it would be worth more than that, but it isn't. This is info coming from numerous auctions that these have popped at. No one goes over 250k cause a lot of people have them.

Ya, I would of thought it was worth more then that too, I have a few stashed somewhere!!

Hang onto it, in a few years it might be worth more. I have a bag of them nearly 60 because back in the day I kept EVERYTHING.

There are too many of these floating around to be worth anything in the future. It'll never go over 250k, unless someone is crazy and wants it badly. Anyone who made a character between 97-00 got one of these in their packs as a newbie item, so there are tons of them.
