id only put bush on a char ever if it was a PVM archer (i dont pvm) for the honor/max damage stuff...along w/ tactics anat and prolly spellweave or w/e./..dunno

or a pvp char that also had parry to go w/ bush. Bush is useless w/o parry...and frankly w/o swords, as the 2 most powerful things from bush are nerve strike (swords only) and evade (parry only)
