Two's Company closes

With a heavy heart I must announce that as of today Two's Company is closed. The economy is completely ruined by dupers and brokers. It has now come to a point where the whole trading game disgusts me, while it used to be one of the aspects of the game that captured me most.
Elegance, my business partner, and I tried to ride it out as long as we could. But with no real improvement to the economy in near view we decided to throw in the towel. Dupers undercut us while brokers (using cheap, in most cases duped or scripted, gold) buy us out, it's nearly impossible to compete against and most of all : No fun!
We will re-evaluate the situation again in a few months and then decide wether we're going to close the shop permanently or maybe re-open it. Some major healing has to be done though....

The shop has always given me great pride and joy. I will remember it fondly and thank all of you who shopped there, sold me items or just came by for a chat I really hope in the not-so-distant future we will be able to pick up where we left off but untill then.... *Closes the door*

Oh, for the record; I'm not even thinking of quitting the game and the auctions will continue as normal aswell. I'm just taking a step back from trade.

Edit: On the plus side though, there's "Good News for Traders" in that we can now split our activities into yet another underused subsection of Stratics!
