Has anyone seen a "deed" and PC please?

I have a bunch of deeds that are only titled "Deed". U can dbl click it and pointer changes, but when u click a spot to place it on gound or house floor it says " The deed does not seem to be for anything." Is this rare? Any history on these? I have a bunch that are the biege color and one brown one like a repair contract color. I have over a 10 to 20 of them. Bought a house and the seller forgot to check the moving crate first. If so, does anyone else have these and a price on Atlantic or any shard? Haven't had any luck on other forums yet.

Yes, they are rare. I've seen some go for 4mill on atlantic. In fact there is one in luna for sale at 4m right now. They are bugged items, that have no real effect on the game.

edit: they don't have much use though, and the "deed" has been on this particular vendor for over a month. So it's not a highly sellable item.

The explination that I had gotten for a 'deed' is that it was made faster then UO could update what it was suposed to be. Take with a grain or two of salt though.

I have 10 of them in a bag from an IDOC a few months back, I almost threw them out, glad I did not. :grin:
