Why don't you just get a Kasa of Ra-Jin they're almost the same and cheaper. Here is Kasa of Ra-Jin's stats:

Spell Damage 12%
Physical Resist 12%
Fire Resist 17%
Cold Resist 21%
Poison Resist 17%
Energy Resist 17
