Account Creation

people my friend give me CD with Ultima Online: Third Down ! i Think its old version of game and when i try to patch my game its says tah i have old version of game what i can do ? and when i make account i don't make credit card info becouse i haven't got it ! What i can do ? I try to enter my friend card info but nothing changes and no errors what hapend ?

sorry for my Engleash i am from Latvia !

Welcome to UO Forums.

Sadly to say I believe you have to have credit card information for youself to activate an account.

Here is a link for a free download to Mondain's Legacy. Not sure it will help you much.

I wouldn't advise anybody to send their credit card number to a stranger. However, you can purchase game time without a credit card via the "Pay by Cash" option at the UO Game Code store. Here's a link - UO Game Time

i have credit number but when i type it in the registration page nothing changed and no errors typed like just refreshing the page

There are some really helpful people here...but do you really think that someone would give you a credit card number?

If you have a credit card number. All you can do is keep trying or call customer service. Hope you get it all worked out.

You don't have to have a credit card to register. I don't. All you do is you call 1-866-453-5435, choose billing option (1 I believe), then choose the account creation option (1 again I believe) then you hold for a few mins. Then you get a real live person. You tell them you want to create a new account. Give them the username you want to use. Give them the account creation code. They will set your account up and email you a password. Then go to uo.com and change your password. Easy as pie, takes about 10 mins or so.

I don't think he was asking for a credit card number, I think the translation came out funny. I think the person just needs help getting set up.
