Tis no wonder I don't wanna come back to UO

So, we owe a prize winner a prize for winning 2nd place in our joint competition with Stratics

None of us have been able to find someone selling a heritage token, so she agreed to accept a 90 day gametime code instead (Which i'm paying for...)

So I think, great, I'll goto the official UOgamecodes website to buy one

One problem, it keeps saying my address is invalid

I go back to the address page where it has my details and for some reason, they didn't program it to accept the ' symbol

So my address of = 44 A'becket Gardens, gets changed to 44 Abecket

Which of course, doesn't match my credit card's billing address on file at the credit card company

Abit miffed, I decide to contact their support department, through the link on that site

I goto login, it says my login is invalid, even though the gamestore accepted it

Abit confused, I recalled the username to my email address to check I put it in right, but I noticed on THIS site, the username has "UO_" before it

So I goto type that in instead, one problem, the field where you enter your user name, is to short, so my username, won't fit

So, I can't buy a gametime code because their website doesn't like the ' symbol
I can't raise a ticket for support because their login box is to small to accept my proper user id
I can't contact jeremy because stratics is down and she tends to visit here once every 2/3 weeks.

Is it any wonder I lost faith in this company.

I know, i'm ranting, but it's really frustrating, especially when other companies seem to have no problems offering the same services or products.

This rings very similar to a lot thats been posted on Stratics recently about the official 'UO ' sites and how bad in need of a shake up they are.I feel sorry for folk who try to do the above type of transactions and get that much problem.

Is there anything I can do to help out Adam ?

I've been having problems with uogamecodes.com for ages. Usually when I need to purchase a code, I just submit a help ticket with specific information and they email the codes to me. Not as quick, but it works.

Adam, what server was the heritage token you needed??? I have them on a few but I didn't know you needed one.

So far I had no problems with the one char transfer token and advace char token I bought from there.
