Fisher template

What's a good temp for a fisherwoman? i just realized how relaxing this is in game, I wanna make another one in LA.

I'm thinking a melee fisher. Or is magery better? I just not good at being a mage. I like hitting things better up close.

I made mine (surprise) an archer fisher, but really only so I could easily fight the sea serpents on the boat. It works well

I have a mage/fisher, a fencer/fisher, and an archer/fisher/paladin. Needless to say I enjoy fishing. I really think the archer/paladin/fisher is a great setup. The horselord works real well. (I believe it's the one) It is a bit slow but is a serpent/elemental slayer. Works on the sea serpents and the water elementals. (not sure about krakens)

Fishing
Archery
Chivalry
Tactics
Anatomy
Focus
Healing
Meditation (just some extra points till everything else trains up and steal them.

That sounds really good Ally. I created my fisherwoman before chiv was a option, it will be much more useful then Magery.

Wow Tuka - you have a LOT of fishers! At one point, when I GM'd my first and only fisher, I swore I'd never do it again! I love fishing but it took forever to GM.

How would you train fishing now that 8x8 doesn't work? Just randomly fish?

I know what your saying, it was a long process and that was using the 8x8. I think I will transfer J'aime Muffin over instead of re-creating her.

Snuggs I transferred my fisher too (part of my final mass exodus from Atlantic), mainly because the thought of recreating her made sticking pencils in my eye sound appealing...

When does skill gain get real slow for fishing?
