The IGR time limit has been met

Has anyone else had problems with this?? I get this message almost everytime i try to log into the game and really cant play unless i get lucky and dont get it for some reason which is about 1/50 times i try to log in. I've tried resetting my password and closing other programs but nothing seems to stop it. Any advice?

i've been hit with this message as well - but usually i just restart my comp and log back in that way - then it's smooooooth sailing.

just to give you some reference, login errors usually have nothing to do with resetting your password(unless thers a reason your password doesnt work). It might be your connection not getting a ping from EA or something like that. If you reboot and it continues to not connect, it could be a patch error and you might have to reinstall

anyways, yeah this has happened to me a few times. Ive never had to reinstall so rebooting should work fine (or refresh your router/modem) which ever you use to connect to the internet as well.

Are you still having log in problems Bill?

Have you got the latest patch downloaded?

You should be using 5.0.7.1

This happens to me whenever I lose connection and log back in. I just hit back and try again and it works just fine...

I play the 2d client and live in an apartment complex, could this have something to do with recieving the igr time limit as well?

If you get the IGR time out it is usually associated with a lost connection. All you need to do it try to log in again and you can go right in. Or at least I do when I get it.
