I almost felt for one of the newbiest trick in the book, I'm soo ashamed!

I started a new pvp char on LS and this morning I was working poisoning before work. I was talking this guy for almost 30 min just bsing and then he tells me about this tower falling tonite. He wanted to show me and I told him to mark me a rune so I can back tonite and check. Well I almost forgot that this char is so new that none of my items are insured. So we go to Luna he gates and the gate is red so I check my gear see that is not insured so I insured everything real quick went through the gate. Then 6 guys try to jump me but didn't suceed. There was a hiyru trying to dismount and a rev chasing me down. I lost the mobs of peeps but not the rev. I was able to recall to saftey and that dam rev was still on me but I made it home and didn't die.

Even though I lost nothing and even if I would of died I still wouldn't lost anything but I didn't want to give those guys the satisfaction of killing me.

Leason learned that peeps are jerks and will try anything for free gear!

Yesterday I had some idiot from LNR(a large wannabe elitest pvp guild) approach me trying to convince me to help him with an IDOC.

Quick background info: I have a crimson on this character he approached that is bugged. It is blessed with a CBD, but doesn't show as "blessed." I can't insured it either due to it being blessed, so it just looks like I'm wearing a Crimson that isn't blessed or insured.

So anyway, I sit there for a minute listening to his BS story, and I simply call him out on it. Let me guess, your IDOC is in fel? Oh and btw, my crimson is blessed, it's just bugged and doesn't show. He didn't know what to say, so I just laughed in his face, called him a noob, and walked away. The kicker was he wouldn't leave me alone about it for 5 mins afterwards saying he was telling the truth. I kept telling him to get lost and he finally admitted what he was trying to do. Some people are really just jerks.


Funny thing about this Crimson. Everytime I go to fel I get attacked lol. It's a great item to have if you like to fight a lot. The hilarious part about it is that I've had blue newb guilds attack me for it. RK(Runic Knights) for example is a guild that tries to be one of those "good" guilds perse, but I had 3 of their members attack me the other night trying to get my crimson. Just goes to show you people's true nature and true greed.

my first crimson was like that, it wouldnt say "blessed" I had called a GM and he blessed it. But a guy in my guild had a bugged one too, and one day we were messin around in yew and he died in a duel. Well some thief came up and stole it from him........ He called a GM and basically was told oh well. He had another one, so he was able to replace it, but it still sucked losing a 45m item like that.

Yea, I paged a GM about it, and got a canned response telling me something about personal bless deeds and to go visit such and such link. I paged them again and told them it was a CBD not a PBD, and I got the same response. wtf!

I was taken to jail within 10 min, he had me put the cincture on the ground, it became blessed, and I was back in my house right away. Mine got messed up because when I bought it, it was insured. I threw a CBD on it, then tried to uninsure it, thinking it would still take 600 gold each time I died eventhough it was blessed, and it went to nothing.
