That really has no use in pvp. It's too slow and there's no point in having HLD as a result of it's slowness. If it had HCI instead or atleast 25+ SSI it might be worth something. Also the SC doesn't mean much cause a mage never will have enough dex to make that hit fast enough to be worth it. Sorry man
 You might be able to find someone who may buy it for 100-200k if they don't know anything about pvp. |

like mercenary said it is way too slow it would be a nice wep with high ssi but w/o it it is about as useful in pvp as a toaster lol
